The Dollar Tree property was acquired in June 2012. The investment consisted of purchasing a non-performing loan secured by a vacant single story building in Miami, Florida. Shortly after closing on the loan, a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure was negotiated with the borrower and the deed was obtained.
