Miami Shul
The Rok Family Shul of Downtown located on the corner of SE 1st Ave and SE 9th St. adjacent to Mary Brickell Village and one block from the new CitiCentre. Since Brickell has become one of the most desirable places to live in Miami for professionals & entrepreneurs, Rok together with Rabbi Chaim Lipskur decided it was time to create a permanent home for the Jewish community. The Rok Family Shul was completed in late 2013. Rok was involved in every detail from the purchase of the property to the design, construction and fundraising for the new building at 35 SE 9th Street. It has become a beacon of spiritual light in the heart of Downtown.
